Please call for shipping costs, or estimate about 10% for orders over 2 lbs. A refund will be issued for any over estimations made on shipping. Please allow 10 business days for money orders or personal checks to clear before we ship your order. We do not ship C.O.D. Once your order has been submitted, we cannot make changes or additions. All orders to be shipped out of the country (outside the United States) must be placed through our secure ordering on our webstore so that the credit card, billing and shipping information can be properly verified before processing the order. This may take up to 10 business days. We will then email you the shipping costs and to get your approval before shipping your order. Wholesale Orders - Please contact us via email if you are interested in selling TCharm® on your website or in your retail store. Shipping to Alternative Address In an effort to prevent fraudulent orders, we require all first time orders to ship to the credit card billing address. Due to the nature of online transactions, it is not possible for us to perform face-to-face verification of the information provided. We allow any subsequent order to ship to a different address. If you need your first time order shipped to an alternate address, please contact your credit card company and have your shipping address added as an authorized 'Ship To' address for our verification purposes. Product Variation/Substitution DeLyn Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to substitute material based on the availability of findings, gem stones and crystals. We will maintain the same make up and value of the item ordered which will closely resemble that product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the substituted item, please return the product in its original packaging for a full refund (less shipping and handling). California Residents California residents please add 7.25% state sales tax to fax and mail orders before adding shipping charges.
